The Secretariat for Evangelizing Catechesis, Archdiocese of Indianapolis, seeks a leader to direct retreat and renewal ministry at Fatima Retreat House.  This director oversees all aspects of activity at the retreat center as well as serving as a liaison between Fatima and the Archdiocese.  Familiarity with Catholic retreat/renewal experiences is required, as is at least 5 years of related experience.  The equivalent of an undergraduate major in Catholic theology or a related field is preferred.

Diocesan Coordinator of Marriage & Family Life

Diocese of Venice, FL

The mission of the Diocesan Coordinator of Marriage & Family Life is to facilitate the inculcating of the vision for the family through marriage preparation, accompaniment, and support throughout the Diocese of Venice, FL. The Coordinator will assist in spreading this vision by serving those in ministry within Parishes to Parishioners as well as working directly with couples preparing for marriage, seeking convalidation, and providing resources in all matters regarding family life.
The Coordinator's primary role is to work with those in Parishes who prepare couples for Marriage, serve the families of the Parishes, and assist all who serve in all areas of family life, from conception to death including bereavement support. Through these efforts, the Coordinator will effectively build up the ministries within the Parish and provide opportunities to unite them on the Diocesan level.

Associate Director of Adult Spirituality and Family Life

Chancery Office, Diocese of San Jose

The Associate Director of Adult Spirituality and Family Life is an integral member of the pastoral leadership team responsible for promoting and supporting the spiritual growth and well-being of young adults, adults, couples, and families within the Diocese. The Associate Director will primarily focus on the Diocese of San Jose Pastoral Plan implementation in two areas: young adult ministry, and creating opportunities for prayer and encounter. He/she will also contribute to the overall support of adult spirituality and family life ministries. This position requires a deep understanding of Catholic teachings and the ability to engage with diverse individuals and groups effectively.

This position is a full-time, exempt position. This is a project-based position focused on Diocese of San Jose Pastoral Planning which is anticipated to go on for a time frame of two years. The need to continue the position will be evaluated by leadership in the next 24 months.

The incumbent reports to the Director of Adult Spirituality and Family Life.

National Development Director

Archdiocese of Chicago

The full time role of National Development Director will: Lead the planning, organization and execution of fundraising strategies and stewardship and development initiatives to support the implementation and expansion of Pastoral Migratoria at the national level in pilot diocesan sites, including donor prospecting and relations, a major gifts program, annual funds/appeals, grants management, and special events. Pastoral Migratoria ® (PM) is an immigrant leadership ministry of service, justice and accompaniment in parish communities. Work under the guidance and support of the National Pastoral Migratoria (NPM) Fundraising Board and the Archdiocese of Chicago’s Senior National Coordinator for Immigration, and in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Development and other NPM staff.

Director of Faith Formation

Fiskdale (Sturbridge), MA

St. Anne St. Patrick Parish in Fiskdale (Sturbridge), MA is seeking a Director of Faith Formation.

This is a full-time position which can include weekends and evenings.  The program provides faith formation, catechetical instruction, and sacramental preparation for children, teens and adults, in conjunction with the pastor.  The Director is responsible for the recruiting and ongoing training of volunteer catechists.  The Director will coordinate the preparation and instruction for the sacraments of First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation.  The Director will develop a Youth Ministry program to engage middle-school and high school students which can include activities such as mission trips, service opportunities and retreats.  The Director will develop a program for the on-going faith formation of adult members of the parish community.

Job requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.  Prior experience in faith formation/religious education is required.  The Director must have both strong organizational and communication skills.

Coordinator / Director of Religious Education

Pocantico Hills, Sleepy Hollow, NY

The Church of the Magdalene in the Archdiocese of New York is looking for a part-time Coordinator of Religious Education.

The Church of the Magdalene is a small country church located in Pocantico Hill, Sleepy Hollow. It draws parishioners from over 40 zip codes in Westchester County and beyond. Our Religious Education Program serves approximately 100 students of 60 families, with 11 catechists and holds Tuesday and Thursday classes in a typical week.

Salary range for this part time position:  $25,000 to $28,000, depending on experience.

Coordinator of Black Catholic Ministry

Archdiocese of Indianapolis

The Archdiocese of Indianapolis is seeking a Coordinator for Black Catholic Ministry. This full time position will provide leadership, communication, collaboration, and administrative support for Black Catholic Ministry within the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Essential priorities for this position include development of lay ministry leaders and promotion of resources available to assist pastors and parishes with establishing and growing Black Catholic Ministry.
Qualified candidates must be practicing Catholics in good standing with demonstrated competence in intercultural ministry. Preferred candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in theology, catechesis, pastoral ministry, social service or related field and a working knowledge of ecclesial documents that address the principles and practices guiding Black Catholic Ministry in the Catholic Church.

Coordinator for Christian Initiation and Adult Formation

The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Coordinator for Christian Initiation and Adult Formation. Regional Director of Youth Ministry and Discipleship
