The Director of Youth and Family Faith Formation at St. Mary Church in Athens will provide visionary leadership for a parish community of approximately 270 families within the Diocese of Knoxville. This role focuses on fostering missionary discipleship by creating opportunities for parishioners to encounter Jesus Christ in a transformative way, regardless of where they are on their faith journey.

The Director will prioritize youth formation while affirming that families are the primary teachers of the faith, equipping parents to grow as disciples and leaders in the home. All ministry initiatives will emphasize evangelizing catechesis rooted in Catholic teaching, fostering unity and intentional discipleship across the parish, and building a culture of ongoing conversion, mission, and lifelong faith formation for all generations. The Director will collaborate with parish staff and volunteers to design programs that are welcoming, engaging, and accessible, ensuring that families are invited into deeper relationships with Christ.

Evangelization Minister

St. Michael Church, Independence, OH

The Evangelization Minister will be in charge of helping to spread the Gospel at St. Michael Parish. The Evangelization Minister will be responsible for reaching out to new people, for helping to deepen the faith of parishioners as part of the New Evangelization, and for creatively finding new ways to spread the the Good news of Jesus Christ.

This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $50,000-55,000 plus benefits.

Campus Minister

The Campus Minister leads, nurtures, and supports the Catholic faith life of the youth of St. Michael Parish and School. This person fosters spiritual growth among school students, PSR students, teens, and families. This person leads Confirmation preparation, service projects, retreats, and faith formation activities consistent with Catholic teachings and the mission of the Parish and the School.

This is a full-time position, half parish and half school, with a salary range of $52,500-57,000 plus benefits.

Director of Religious Education

Gulf Breeze / Pensacola Beach, FL

St. Ann Catholic Church and Our Lady of the Assumption Mission, located along the beautiful white sandy beaches of Florida’s Emerald Coast, are seeking a full-time Director of Religious Education to lead and coordinate the parish’s faith formation programs for children and families.

The Director of Religious Education will oversee religious education for children, sacramental preparation programs, and the development of family-centered faith formation initiatives. Coordinator of Life Issues and Ministry

Archdiocese of Washington

In response to the Gospel call to uphold the dignity of every human life and in recognition of the pastoral responsibility of the Church to be a prophetic voice in society, the Archdiocese of Washington has created an Office of Life Issues. This Office will be led by the Coordinator of Life Ministry, who will be tasked with serving as a unifying and strategic resource in the coordination of support to pastors, parish communities, Catholic faithful and organizations within the archdiocese in their mission to defend life from conception to natural death. This role will report to the Secretary of Evangelization and Synod Renewal and will Coordinate with other archdiocesan departments including the Office of Justice and Peace, Youth Ministry, Catholic Schools as well as with Catholic Charities.

The salary for this position is $75.000 to $85,000 with excellent benefits.
